1. What is the return period of an item?
Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. The return period of the product is mentioned along with the product description.

2. How do I return the item to Wholesalehungama.com?
Once you are sure you want to return the item, you can register your request from My Accounts > Orders page as shown in the picture. You can also contact our customer care team, to initiate the return. Once the return has been authorized, our courier will pick up the repackaged item from your billing address and ship it to us, or you can pick your own courier service and have it shipped. Wholesalehungama will bear the cost of return shipment.

3. How do I get refunded for my returned items?
Under Buyer security, Credit Card and Net Banking transactions will be refunded to the same Account (within 4-6 weeks) which was used to make the original transaction. For COD transactions, we offer two options:

  • Option 1 - We will issue a Cheque
  • Option 2 - We will credit your account with Hungama points equivalent to the whole amount of purchase. Items purchased via Hungama points will be refunded by crediting the refund amount as Hungama points into your account


4. How much time does the entire Return process take?
Once the item is received from you, we send it back to the merchant for replacement. So the return process may take between 1-3 weeks from the day the item is picked from your location.

5. What condition does the item need to be in for it to be returnable?
Before you ship the return, please make sure that, the item has not been used/worn or altered and is accompanied by its original parts/components/accesories, price tag and packing slip.

6. How can I know the status of my Returned item?
You can monitor the movement of your Return from the My Accounts > Returns Requests section of Wholesalehungama. Additionally, you can write us at support@Wholesalehungama.com or call us at 022 26131832 9.30am – 6.30pm, 6 days a week, with your queries.
